Where it comes from
Our ube is grown and harvested at peak season by farms in the Philippines, the native home of purple yam. It's gently dried at low temperatures, finely milled and sealed in a GMP-certified facility to protect colour, flavour and nutrients. Every batch is tested by an independent laboratory for heavy metals and microbiology before it ships. No colouring, no fillers, no additives. If it isn't pure ube, it doesn't ship.
